I'm a habitual sandal wearer. If I'm not in my work boots, I'm usually wearing sandals during my off time. I was having pain with my feet due to falling arches, however I came across this company at Costco. Decided to give them a try on both the Arch Supports and Sandals. Best decision ever. Within the first week of wearing both, pain started subsiding. Well it's been over a month, now I can say I have no pain. I even forgot about the pain in my left foot especially. If you have falling arches, these are a must.

Did not fit.

Unfortunately, they hurt my foot so I returned them.

one of the flip flops just broke off in the middle and is very hard to fix, however the feeling of it fleeting my feet works well

If you purchased at Costco, bring your voucher and footwear products to your local Costco within 30 days.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@fitmyfoot.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
